Len de Goede joins the Executive team at T-Systems South Africa from January 2009 to lead and direct the Systems Integration Business Unit. He also participates in the Executive Committee and management of the company.
Len started with T-Systems in 2004 and through various roles in the SI environment has played an instrumental role in ensuring stability, success and growth of the unit.
He has more than 13 years of leadership experience in a variety of local and global roles including Business Management, Programme Management and Portfolio management across a variety of industries.
In his role as General Manager for Systems Integration he is responsible for strategically aligning the unit within T-Systems and meeting Order Entry, Revenue, and EBIT targets for the entire Service Line in line with the company’s strategic agenda.
Len’s role also includes managing the following business units: Sales and Solutions Design, Projects & Design, Application Support and Professional Services. His main point of focus is on enterprise-wide ERP and other applications with dominance in the automotive, manufacturing, healthcare and utilities industries locally and internationally.
Len holds degrees, diplomas, and other certifications in the areas of Metallurgical Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Psychology, ERP applications, Service management and Business Process Engineering.
