The T-Systems Monitoring, Automation and Response Centre (MARC) encapsulate a variety of specific services managed from a central repository. The MARC is operational 24x7, delivering services for our clients from a Service Desk function to the monitoring of server and network infrastructures.
The MARC is built on a world class supporting infrastructure, all of which is integrated to enable end-to-end systems and process integration. Supporting technologies are used to lend stability to the supporting environment. The MARC operation is based on sound ITIL principles ensuring standard service delivery at all our clients.
The MARC facilitates a single point of contact (SPOC) facility for our clients. 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support forms part of the total service delivery from the Service Desk which is included in the MARC.
Our Global Control Centre in South Africa is part of the MARC and monitors systems worldwide for our international clients.
