As one of the world’s leading SAP service providers, T-Systems is committed to helping its customers cut costs, become more agile and grow in international markets. One of the secrets to T-Systems’ success is its close relationship with SAP. Now the software vendor and Deutsche Telekom subsidiary are stepping up collaboration. Their aim? To develop highly flexible solutions that fully exploit potential for savings.
T-Systems’ solutions offer SAP user organizations greater flexibility and lower costs – and are winning over an increasing number of international players across diverse industries. From chip manufacturer Infineon to materials-handling expert Interroll – global corporations “value T-Systems’ expertise in SAP hosting,” confirms Cornelia Wels-Maug, Senior Analyst at market researchers Ovum. “And the same goes for its operation and consulting services in the SAP space.” This successful, end-to-end offering is based on a “close relationship” with the software giant. And T-Systems is now seeking to build upon its position as one of the world’s leading SAP full-service providers. “Hand in hand with SAP, we intend to continue to grow internationally, by meeting customers’ real-world needs,” states Dr. Ferri Abolhassan, member of T-Systems Board of Management and Head of Systems Integration.
A dynamic duo
T-Systems’ SAP expertise is reflected in its status as a recognized partner in many fields. It also has a Special Expertise Partnership with SAP Germany, and is in the process of gaining certification as a Global Services Partner. The company is also a member of the Enterprise Services Community, and received a highly coveted SAP Pinnacle Award in 2007 in the outsourcing/hosting category for Dynamic Services for SAP Solutions, which were developed in close collaboration with the software vendor. T-Systems was also one of the first ever SAP-certified global providers of application management services.
